The trial court held the statute of limitations had been tolled by virtue of 85 O.S. 1981 ? 8 . An en banc panel of the Workers Compensation Court affirmed and Employer appealed. We now review by certiorari an opinion of the Court of Appeals, Division No. 3, construing 85 O.S. 1981 ? 8 of the Workers Compensation Act.
